So many people are suffering now from quarantine, social distancing, the economically uncertain future, media panic mongering, all factors that have a much more negative impact than COVID-19 itself.

On the other hand, it is also good for many people to get off the hamster wheel and take some time for themselves.

So, it is important during this situation to raise your own vibrations, by using humor, simple skyping with friends and family, contact with nature, enjoying the sun, eating healthy food, doing workouts, dancing, singing, meditating, everything you enjoy to do in order to raise your own vibrations.

Forgiveness will give your mind peace so you can move on and conquer the world! 

Learn to forgive those who hurt you it’s ok to let go,  this life on earth is short you don’t have time to waste. 

Forgive yourself and anyone who you had traumatic relationships with. Forgive them for not meeting your needs and accept them for who they were because they were carrying trauma from previous relationships. 

Forgiving someone is to let go of the pain you are carrying from negative horrific situations with this person. 

Forgiving is not easy but it’s the most lifting thing you can do for your heart and your mind.

God loves you and we all love you. 

We are here to help you let go. Just remember your never alone! 

If you believe in a higher self call on them and close your eyes and begin to forgive everyone who ever hurt you and move on! 

The World will not be with You!

            There is so much beauty and power in each one of you, you really don’t understand how important you actually are and that without you the world would not be able to work! The world is like a time watch every little piece is needed for the whole watch to work! You are very important and we all need you for this world to work! It’s time people realize their actual worth and just how special you really are in this big expansive world! You hold the key to our existence, so take responsibility and be an example of strength, kindness, bravery, and love. You can accomplish anything in this life! We are all apart of this ultimate universe, one together forever!

Human Potential

          The human potential has been stunted by unhealthy habits and thoughts! It's time to redesign the human potential! Who is willing have a discussion about how we can start the process of our evolution? I will write about your opinions on my blog! 😍

My friend Jamal Ibrahim replied:

                 Brilliant question.  We can start the process of evolution simply by shifting our minds.  The way we think about ourselves and who we stay connected to and to our surroundings give us a sense of how far we will evolve in life.  If we get rid of material waste, negative thoughts, unnecessary burdens, etc, we start freeing ourselves and propelling ourselves forwardly faster than we can ever imagine.

             I agree with Jamal human evolution will begin with shifting our thoughts to higher positive, loving thoughts. What does this really mean? Having a positive outlook on life, on their people, your city and our earth. If you change the quality of your thoughts, you can change the quality of your life!  Therefore, choose your thoughts wisely choose love, choose happiness, choose bravery, choose limitless thoughts! There is no limits in your life it's just the limitations you have set for yourself in your life! Time to evolve we can accomplish the future together with limitless innovation, with love for one another and yourselves! We can achieve every breakthrough every new invention and better future for our existence together!
