Our thought patterns are changing, our intuition is becoming heightend, our physical bodies are becoming more sensitive, and all this means is that the energies are becoming stronger and our physical bodies can no longer tolerate them. There is a change among us. A very powerful change! And it is our responsibility to be, at the very least, aware of this change and accepting of this change. The more you deny it the harder it becomes. Trust your true self, your inner power, and trust that this change is for your spiritual advancement. It is tim we all do this to facilitate this change.
