         It's Fall Equinox and its giving us way to change in every aspect of our lives. Find your highest excitement and be happy ! What would make you the happiest it has nothing to do with money its more like simple pleasures. Things you haven't done in a while or visiting family you have not seen in years. Also do what ever makes you happy like a child, without caring about what anybody else thinks and most of all what you think. We spend too much time talking ourselves out of an amazing experience. When ever you have an idea to do something different and exciting your mind says oh no this is too different then what we are used to then it finds reasons for you to not engage. It's time for you to Not talk yourself out and do what makes you the happiest!   Life is too short, live it to the fullest !

Fight Against Loneliness and Depression

              Remove judgment from your thoughts, only then can you accept love in your life. Are you not tired of all the stress that comes with judging people ? Are you not tired of being lonely? Stop today, treat people with love, respect, appreciation and acceptance. Trust me your problems are not the most important in this world. Everyone and every family is having a really hard time right now. We are all focused on how bad the economy is and lack of money. Money should not define your happiness and lack of it should not make you despair. I observed some people treat their loved ones like they do not exist. This will make anyone withdraw from the family and social settings. Loneliness is not an option because it will throw you into depression. Instead find a way to bring your family together and start sharing love every waking moment. I know this is going to be hard but try anyway, because you love them so forgive them and move on. We live on earth with the population count of 7 Billion, I don't think we are meant to be alone. Stop being alone let someone love you.  Love heals all, love conquers all !

Judgement Devalues Everything!

Judging is the root that creates all arguments and separation between us. We are all one and we are all humans and we make mistakes So What!? Mistakes helps us learn what our actions eventually become. People judge you based on mistakes but they do not notice what you have learned from it. This is very common in our society especially due to television programming of various degrading shows that portray how to judge people and their mistakes in life. We have to make our own way of thinking and living you can't follow everything from television. Just look at animals and children they do not judge each other for what they have done they enjoy the present moment with joy. They Do Not think and complicate everything, they Live Life to the fullest every moment. We have to learn from children and learn that happiness is in every moment we just have to choose it.  People judge to understand the situation or someone, who they are but they are thinking with a very narrow perspective because of the Ego. The Ego in your mind stops you and makes you doubt yourself all the time. You have to control your thoughts filter them through positive and love only. Always observe people and the world around you. never Judge there is too much going on that can't be seen. :)
